Makati’s Most Wanted Man Facing 99 Counts Of Rape Finally Arrested


The long arm of the law finally caught up with the most wanted man in Makati, after he was arrested last Friday for 99 counts of rape. This is another proof of the effectiveness of the Duterte administration’s war against criminality.

No. 1 Most Wanted

The Makati Regional Trial Court (RTC) Branch 136 under the sala of Judge Rico Sebastian Liwanag issued a warrant of arrest for Louie Guevarra, who is facing 99 counts of rape. He is considered as Makati City’s most wanted criminal.

Armed with the warrant, the Makati City police went to the suspect’s home in Rodil St. Barangay Carmona in Makati and arrested the 47-year-old construction worker. Guevarra did not resist arrest and peacefully surrendered to the arresting policemen.

No. 2 Most Wanted

A few hours later, police also arrested the no. 2 most wanted man in the city. 62-year-old Renato Cipriano, a parking attendant, did not resist arrest when police went to his house in Zapote St. Brgy. Sta. Cruz, Makati.

The warrant of arrest for Cipriano was issued by the Makati RTC Branch 3 under the sala of judge Robert Victor Marcon. The number 2 most wanted man in Makati is facing 2 counts of rape.

The two criminals are now detained at the Makati Police Headquarters detention cell.

People from all over social media were glad about the arrest of the most wanted men. Some of them said that this man deserves the death penalty.
