A man came over Raffy Tulfo’s segment Sumbong at Aksyon to complain about his wife having affairs.
Joseph Chavez from Camarines Sur complains about his wife, Marife Chavez, an OFW from Saudi who didn’t go straight to their home upon arrival in the country. The man previously aired in the program last February 1 where Raffy insisted to provide Marife’s bus fare from Davao Oriental.
On the face-to-face confrontation, Marife denies all the allegations of her husband on having affairs from different men. She then claims that she didn’t go straight home to Camarines Sur but instead went to Davao Oriental because she can’t take the fact that she’s broke and has no pasalubong to give her kids and family. Marife feels regretful of not saving a lot during her term in Saudi as a domestic helper.
However, Marife’s reasons are too shallow for sir Raffy. Joseph then claims that his wife is having a relationship with her employer as shared to him by his sister-in-law who happens to be close to Marife.
By having such, Joseph’s has no strong and supporting evidences to prove his allegations against his wife. His claims are merely hearsay as stated by Raffy. The man has his sister-in-law’s words only and no factual basis.
Marife defends herself by insisting that she religiously sends her full salary every month to Joseph, hence, no abandonment from her end. This was agreed then by Joseph by reiterating that he spent most of his wife’s salary on buying house materials for their own house.
Without strong evidence to support his claims, Joseph insists that he was hearing hearsays from friends and family members that one of their kid is not his own. With this, Raffy offered for a DNA test which both agreed thereafter.
